The Kernel
Former cheesemonger Evin O’Riordain started The Kernel in 2009, when London’s fledgling craft beer scene was still geared towards cask session beer. His takes on American pale ales and historic London dark beers kick-started the city’s beer scene as we know it, and The Kernel’s delicious and ever-changing line-up of beers continues to inspire, ten years on. The Kernel is a brewer’s brewery.

Thornbridge
Founded in 2005 by Jim Harrison and Simon Webster, Thornbridge is one of the original groundbreakers of the UK craft beer movement. They have remained both integral and essential to it ever since, as any drinker of Jaipur IPA will know. This brewery produces world-beating beers in almost every style, and their execution of recipes in cask, bottle, can and keg is pretty much flawless. UK beer would be much poorer without Thornbridge.

DEYA Brewing Co
Founded in 2015, DEYA quickly became one of the most influential and well-regarded breweries in the UK's brewing scene. With their popular Steady Rolling Man, Deya have perfected the soft & juicy Pale Ale but they also have an exciting mixed fermentation beer programme with specials fruited releases, Saisons and more.

Braybrooke Beer Co
Co-founded by our own Nick Trower; 10 Greek Street Restaurant’s Luke Wilson and Cam Emirali; and Mahrs Brau’s Stephan Michel, Braybrooke brews authentic German lagers in the English countryside on state-of-the-art equipment. German malts, hops and yeast are imported from Bamberg to recreate a variety of delicious, lager-style beers that are ideally suited to pairing with food.

Verdant Brewing Co
One of the most highly sought-after breweries in the UK, Verdant are style-leaders for the hazy, juicy New England trend in IPAs. Expect tropical aromas, intense flavours and technicolour tallboy cans. Many of Verdant’s beers are high-profile collaborations with some of the world’s best breweries, and are often only available in very limited quantities. When they’re gone – they’re gone!

Burning Sky
The most consistently impressive farmhouse brewery in the UK, Burning Sky have in five years done more to evolve mixed fermentation beer in this country than anyone else. Mark Tranter and his team have an outstanding range of hoppy beers to rival any modern brewery, but are best known by industry insiders for their spectacular wood-aged saisons and blended, spontaneous beers.
